Bought 2 Iphone 16's and 2 Apple watches. The Best Buy sales person (Brad) who was also the Verizon expert advised that at the end of all of this, our monthly expense would be a "few dollars more than currently being billed. After trade in's of Apple Phones we are now paying almost $40/month more than were paying. This translates to over $1,200 more during the 3 year obligation we now have. Very disappointed in the product I recently bought, and the support behind the product. Finally, I do not feel they were forthcoming here with their solution. Disturbing experience and it’s still not over.
