They were able to replace my phone after a week of dealing with Verizon that couldn't with insurance. Thank you Best Buy.
Any time you call to try and get any information from an in-store associate you just get routed across the world to a dodgy Indian callcenter and you get to talk to "Michael Smith" who barely knows English and needs your full name to even patch you through to the store. When he finally does patch you through, it just says they'll call you back within two hours and they don't even after five and they're closed. DO BETTER.
I want to give a huge shout out to Kyle at the Eastgate Best Buy. I had my autistic son with me and he helped us so much and was so patient and so nice. This store has always been so good to us when we have come in..
There's nothing left in the store no reason to go
