I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Best Buy over a refrigerator purchase that still hasn’t been resolved after several months. I bought a fridge on November 28, 2025, and the first one that arrived was clearly used and had wear and noise issues. They replaced it on December 10, but the second one showed up damaged, with dents on the bottom that make it wobble and feel unsafe to use.
