Extremely Poor Delivery & Communication Experience I scheduled a TV delivery and installation and encountered repeated issues. I received no confirmation calls, multiple promised callbacks that never occurred, and both Saturday and Sunday appointments resulted in no-shows. A bad experience with the cell phone upgrade service left me having to go to the carrier store to get it fixed. I don’t recommend choosing Best Buy for any cell services.
Black Friday and the store was pretty crowded. Had to wait awhile for a salesperson to help us. Salesperson was very nice and helpful.
