Bought a tv, drove all the way home and it was missing the power cord, remote and manual. Drove all the way back to the store which is not close, and got no apology for the inconvenience.. will not be buying anything from this store again.

Prices are a little high but all the staff are super helpful with their knowledge base as far as what I was looking for anyways. Upgrading the speakers in my Ram 1500.
I purchased $2-3k of computer and cameras accessories. Simon was the man to help me start to finish. Very knowledgeable kid, and he might not know it but he has a great attitude and demeanor for sales. No pressure, full transparency, friendly style. Great asset to Eastgate Best Buy
