Thay are evidentally closed. Odered cases of gloves and never produced. They are a scam. Ordered on may 15, 2020. Called dozen times and emailed half a dozen. They should be sued
Ordered gloves over 6 months ago and was told they are back ordered from manufacturer and would be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. I have not heard from Best Buy Industrial Supply regarding my order even though I have emailed over 10 times, called over 5 times and left messages. Their website is no longer working which tells me these guys may have taken small business covid financial help and then once money was in hand closed down the business. Like some other reviews on here, i ordered 2 cases of gloves from them in April, and was told they would be on back order. I stopped recieving word from the company at least 2 months ago. They have already taken my money, stopped responding to e-mails, and have given me nothing in what is becoming a 6 month back order. Customer service was friendly and great when they answered, now I'm worried they just stole hundreds of dollars from me during a pandemic. I need these gloves for my employees, this is unacceptable.
I ordered a case of gloves in May, got a message stating they were on back order, and would be kept informed on the status. I waited a month and then started calling, was told, still on back order, checked a month later and the phone is not being answered any more. The money was taken but no product received, and now the web site is not working.
costs every costomer 15% restock fee for items out of stock real logical... 😈
