Prejudice people (for one reason or another) with a backward mentality. Even trying to warn them for their own good was a doomed effort. These people live in a bubble, isolated from the real world and have very little knowledge on people skills. A bunch of retarded riff raff. I already know one thief who worked there.

Horrible expierience!!! Went for a flip down dvd. there website shows like a hundred. they carry in store only one!! and one of the most expensive. We drove over a hour to get there. They talk us into a lap top you can play movies, games, use internet, its better than what we wanted. ok 2 hours later we get talked into a lap top, they jam one particular one down are throat, its the best buy yada yada yada. . Horrible. I am sick and tired of their employee's! How are you still in business??? They sold us a TV that doesn't work, and they want to charge us to exchange it. (We have only owned it for 10 days). They set it up the first time, and we are going to have another charge for them to bring out a new one, and reinstall? What is that? They sold us a faulty TV in the first place. Now we can't get anyone to answer our calls/questions, and they put us on hold until we hang up, so they dont have to help us. This location is ok to me. It's hard to get in and out, but I guess everything is on 1960. There seem to be a lot of employees but I can never seem to find any help. I have been shopping at Conn's for my other electronic needs.

My toshiba from best buy would not connect wireless and I had to pay $30.00 for the Geek Squad to fix it. They said it was a software issue and was not covered under the 1 year warranty or the black tie warranty I had also bought from them. A new computer shouild work......Happy that it works....Unhappy that I had to pay $30,

Sure the service is good but the price is obsurd. No Free estimates, and the minimul cost on ANY service is well over $100.00's . Your better to just throw away your computer and buy a new one if you plan to get repairs done through them.
