They just do not answer the phone. I had a dryer for pick up that I needed it delivered instead but i cannot get hold of them. My only option is to cancel the order online to repurchase it as the store does not pick up. Bestbuy on the phone said only the store can change an order that setup for pick up.
They are amazing, the customer service is perfect
