Pretty well staffed with knowledgeable people. The TV displays were all branded together. I would have loved to see store displays with multiple brands side by side. I did buy some baseball cards on the way out which I thought was pretty cool. Clean store and a lot of cool stuff.
They were super helpful in picking out my e-bike. I got the Ranger S 2 it’s my first e bike. It’s fun! But I’ll never get any exercise because it takes me from 0 -20 on level 1 and the settings won’t sink or reset when I try to assist through the app. Hopefully hey bike can help me figure this out!
Just bought a sweet frigen tv. Great service and exactly what I wanted. Thanks best buy
If you’re going to run a business make sure your employees have good customers service especially if they’re in the front. Being passive aggressive when people walk in will just make people walk right out. If I have 20 minutes before you close then give me the 20 minutes to get what I need. I don’t need to be hounded at when I know exactly what I’m getting.
