I have been a loyal customer for a few years at this location. I got lied to about a zagg ipad screen protector replacement. They did not give me a replacement when I purchased the warranty from one of there teamworkers that gave false information on how to get my replacement . They also had me to go to the zagg kiosk at the tacoma Mall where i found out it was not free like they said , I will not be going to this location again. I had an awful experience at the AT&T inside this Best Buy. Angel Cuadros gave me nothing but misinformation. Not only was my bill double what he said but he told me I needed to make a down payment on my devices which I was ok with but I only had cash. He told me that he isn’t suppose to take cash payments for transactions but because he was the manager he would allow it but I needed to follow him outside so his co worker who was supposedly in training would not think taking cash payments was a process he could do because on... read more
