Beware that Best Buy does not accept returns after two weeks. If you purchase any product from them, they want you to pay extra money to accept returns, otherwise you are left dealing directly with the manufacturer on your own. It’s a scam to sell what any other store honors for free: returning a defective product.
The customer service at this specific Best Buy is hands down, wonderful! I had several issues that needed resolving w returns & replacement of a return & ALOT of questions about their membership program & every question was answered in an above average professional manner, as well as, completed in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend this Best Buy to all consumers looking to shop at a Best Buy! It will DEF be worth it!
Terrible customer service. It’s already hard enough to talk to a real person but when you do get to talk to someone then they just hang up. I’ve never had a worse experience with any other company than dealing with Best Buy’s customer person through the phone. Start recording these calls so you can teach them how to properly deal with calls.
Purchase an open box excellent condition TV online. Drove 30 mins there just for them to come out saying they only had a display unit available, no box, no stand and no remote. Yet the manager there were unwilling to lower the price or bring it down to a fair condition, his excuse was if they included a 3rd party stand and remote, things would be fine.
