Upgraded my cell phone in Lacey today. Michael R was patient and thoroughly explained all my options. He is knowledgeable and very customer focused. It was a hassle free experience.

Literally just had the greatest experience in store ever! after 3 failed walmart trips, Jason (who happens to also be airforce! ) saved the day! what a GUY. 10/10 would reccomend.
I went to Best Buy today to spend my money on their products. Sounds like what would happen when you went to a store...right? Wrong!!!!! Simply couldn’t get any help even after asking for help. I was told that they only had 2 employees working. One was helping in the front and the other employee that was sent to the back helped the first person he saw and not the person that had asked for help. Best Buy has the most horrible return and exchange policy.
They don’t know what they’re doing. We were there to finance an Apple Watch and they messed up and told us the only way we could get it is to pay outright or use their credit card. We were there for 90 minutes and at the end we got a half-ass I’m sorry with a shrug. Would def not recommend to anyone.
Took our Acer tablet in for the 6th time in a year and a half. They should junk it out like they did yhe first one we got but they said it didn't fall in the category of the dame thing being wrong with it.... REALLY!!!
I prepaid for my husbands PS4 and picked it up the same day. At the Puyallup store. Brought it home and it won't turn on or anything. My husband takes it back and of course they are out of stock but tells us they have at least 4 in the Lacey Location. This store knew he was coming and had his phone number. Keep in mind we are in Lakewood almost 30 minutes from the Puyallup store. So he drove to Lacey to be told they do not have any in stock!! And the customer service completely sucked! You want people to buy from your stores... read more
