Called to ask if they had an iPhone 13 Pro battery in stock. They told me I had to make an appointment to go in person for them to then tell me if they had the battery, or if I then had to make another appointment to come back later once the battery was there. I asked if they couldn’t just go see if they physically had a battery on the shelf and was told flatly “no.”
They had what I needed. An employee fetched it and brought it to me.
Made an appointment for iPhone repair and the man who was to do it is injured instead of canceling the appointment or calling messaging emailing literally ANYTHING they let me drive an hour to wait 30 minutes to then be told to just “keep driving to the Apple Store” that would have been another hour away. No consideration and the man was completely rude when I said where I drove from he laughed and said me too - he got paid to drive there I did not. Unacceptable
