I bought 4 laptops at this store and 3 mice. The 3 mice didn't get added to the bags. I tried to call the store to get the situation resolved and i cannot get part the automated customer service line. I did get to a human and they told me to call the store directly. You cannot get a hold of the store directly though. Kris K. I ran into a very rude worker named Juan who had the audacity to have an attitude unprovoked I’m talking sighing and rolling his eyes when All I did was greet him when I walked in the door I will not be returning to this location

It was pretty awesome being ignored for about 40 mins and then asking the cashier for some help. I then waited a few more minutes for someone to assist me, and few employees but no one showed up, so I guess I looked like I wasn't serious even though I was ready to spend $1000. It's nice driving 45 mins somewhere to be ignored, when there was more staff than customers and I showed up 90 mins til closing. I'm mostly disappointed because I've made some purchases here in the past and had amazing customer service. Oh well!
