I needed a new screen protector for my iPhone today. Brandon was super-friendly and did a great job with my phone. His customer service is top-notch!
Staff is spread thin!
Zero if I could. You cannot speak to a person on the phone and the call center is zero help. Supposedly were replacing a laptop with a cracked screen (I paid for protection) and instead I got a dirty computer back with someone else's nasty goop all around the mouse pad. I was told I was getting a new computer. I certainly did not.
