8/9/2022 aprox: 2PM Tried BEST BUY? Don't give up. Go to COSTCO. Manager met customer at the door. I was directed to customer counter near the Geek Squad. The gentlemen receiving customers, at that point, may have been happier working elsewhere as I felt he was very rude, repeating himself continuously the effort being to make the customer feel stupid.
