Friendly knowledgeable service
I went into the store to speak with the geek squad and was waiting for me turn, once I was in there they did nothing and while I was trying to show them what was the matter with my phone? They started to proceed to the next customer to top it off. I even had a membership that was the best plan. And at that particular one was a waste of money. I had to go elsewhere and figure it out myself
Multiple times I have been to this Best Buy and customer service is always TERRIBLE!
Pricey, but Geek Squad currently knows what they're talking about here. Swift service and anything that might warrent your decision they call for.
