Placed an order online, paid 30ish bucks for faster shipping, the package doesn't even start to ship until the day its supposed to arrive, now arriving on the day it would've if I didn't pay anything extra, I call to get a refund on the shipping, I get transferred, and then hung up on, this is why you guys are slowly dying, terrible customer service and never true to your word
