Mickey was very knowledgeable and guided us step by step in setting up and picking out our devices. Exceptional service all around and would recommend him and this location to anyone.
We were originally directed to the Geek Squad in Oshkosh from AT&T in Fond du Lac, where we were informed they could no longer provide the service we needed. The associate there kindly helped us schedule an appointment in Appleton. Unfortunately, our experience at the Appleton location was extremely disappointing.
