Julie: I went into Best Buy in Janesville,WI on 8/15/25 at about 8:00pm. I went in to buy a refrigerator and a chest freezer. As soon as I walked in I had the most wonderful greeting. I had one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Every employee there was kind and helpful. I asked many questions and received excellent responses.
