Ordered a laptop yesterday and a technician named Keith handled our pickup. He offered advice and info on the unit we bought without being asked and actually carried on a conversation with us. In this day and age I thought that was outstanding service. Thanks again Keith.

The fact you spend hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue is ridiculous. That does not get resolved and you just get more upset. I will never shop at Best Buy again.
