Unhelpful Staff I asked a staff to help me find a keyboard and the response was "don't know" and he turned his back and walked away! The least he could have done is call another staff to help me.
Friendly sales staff I love walking into best buy because they actually acknowledge you as a person as you enter the store. The employees are also very helpful if you need help finding cd's or whatever you are trying to find.
Big Store, Good Location This is a nice, big store on bluemond road. The location is good, but the parking lot could be a little bigger. The store is well lit and the staff are friendly. Prices are better here than in milwaukee because the tax rate is cheaper in waukesha county.
Great Store for Brookfield This Best Buy store in Brookfield is well kept and clean. The aisles are uncrowed and the employees are helpful for the most part. Unfortunately, you will need to get here at 4am the day after Thanksgiving if you want to take advantage of their specials because the lines are incredibly LONG during the holiday season! The only thing stopping me from buying all my "toys" here is eBay.
Good Deals I've found this store to have some of the best deals and I've had great luck in finding the items IN STOCK as well. Especially when the item is advertised on sale.
