I am always pleased with the customer service i get at Best Buy. i just bought a new cyber power pc from them and got exacly what i was looking for.
I went to the store to get a printer I stood around for about 10 minutes nobody acknowledged me at all the stores empty so nobody's doing nothing so when I had a question about an ink cartridge I looked at somebody who was maybe 15 feet from me and he was talking to somebody and asked if I had any questions and I said yes and he said he pass me on to somebody else who never came once again the store was wide open so it's like nobody there wanted to do their job so I guess Best Buy doesn't want to make no money and Walmart is... read more
