This store is awful. I bought the new flip 7 phone and decided it had a few too many problems and I wanted to exchange it. When I went to do this they told me I would get a credit for $430 and that would be it. I asked them what about the cost of the phone $759.49. They replied "our register doesn't show that." They had no idea what they we're doing it took five people to try to figure out how to do an exchange. My husband and I were treated so poorly. Not current on the latest products like the Samsung fold 7 was not on a display. Too bad! With your security at the front door, I always feel like I'm a criminal walking into your stores. Not very welcoming!
