Very happy with TV buying experience Ordered a 42 inch TV online. Was a bit of a cheaper model (Insignia) due to tight budget, but rolled the dice. Was thrilled with the picture quality. First flat screen TV. Haha, amazing how light they are now. Placed it in the family room and hoping it stays there for many many years to come. Shipping was relatively quick, especially for the size of the TV. Needed a little help setting it up, so called and Dave was extremely helpful. It was set up in no time. Would recommend.
Room for Improvement The true test of any company is how well they handle problems. Returning items at this location is rarely a pleasant experience. Long wait times and point-of-sale computers that fail to operate as designed add up to a frustrating experience for customers and employees. In fairness, it isn't always a bad experience, but it happens enough for this reviewer to take the time to draft this post. In the end, they always resolve the situation to my satisfaction, but not without some pain along the way.
Great! I loved this place... actually I LOVE IT! The emplyees, KNOW what they are talking about when they are talking about a topic you ask about. When you bring your computer to get worked on at the Geek Squad... you will not be dissapointed. I love the assortment of movies they have... the assortment of DVDs, the assortment of Stereos... and the assortment of TV's... are the best assortments!
Best Buy doing their best When it comes to shopping at Best Buy, there are many things I like. They have all this electronics and media I could ever hope for. But sometimes they can become a little to pushy. If you ever have to deal with anyone in customer service, there are a few people who generally like to help the customer. Then there are those few who look like they hate their job and have no interest in helping that customer. Otherwise it is a pretty good store to shop at.
