Had screen protector replaced on phone with no problem and in a timely manner.
Will never shop here again; ordered a tv went to pick up and wouldn’t fit in my car; came home to add delivery and the order was cancelled. DONE!
The team at Best Buy at this location has been very helpful and amazing to work with. I don’t usually buy any Protection Plans for products. This time I did. I bought the My Best Buy Protection, not thinking I would need it. Now enter the Geek Squad at the store. Tama and her Manager Abraham were incredible and helped us resolve our equipment problems Thanks to their hard work we didn’t have to come out of pocket for replacement. Saved hundreds. Thank you.
