Worst Best Buy I’ve ever been in. As others have expressed—their customer service s****. I ordered a single (expensive) item at 10:30am, drove to the store about two hours later, and was met with confusion and, yes, hostility. How dare I think that because their website says your prepaid order will be ready in ONE hour that it might possibly actually be even close to ready at two hours. Placed an order for one hour pick up and it's been a day. The item still isn't ready. Tried contacting the store but no one answers the phones. Waited over an hour multiple times for multiple options. Still on hold as I type this.

Awful experience! Placed online order for curbside pickup that said it would be ready within an hour. Drove there. Waited an additional 40 minutes. Then flagged down associate bringing out curbside orders who told me they were super backed up. He assured me my item was in stock and gave me the option of standing outside it freezing weather behind 50 people to go into store and get it. Processed an Instore pickup up online at 10am in the morning for curbside pickup, hadn’t heard anything regarding to the status of my order in over nine hours. Where you end up in a endless loop if you call I visited the location in person. I walk up to the front and I’m greeted by this rude woman who I later find out is a manager (unfortunately) named Teresa. I ordered a cell phone on September 9th 2020 and I received an email stating it would be in the Nashua store on September 16th. I first went to pick up station who then passed me to the mobile area. I spoke with 3 different employees who were trying to "look for my phone" I stood and waited 20 minutes with no word from any employee..thought I was abandoned. Will never shop at Best Buy again. Sold us a defective chrome book in July. We didn’t need it until September for remote learning so it was 2 months before we learned there was anything wrong with it. They said it was outside the return window and there was nothing they could do.
