Brian’s staff made it very easy to set up the initial appointment - I was a member of The Hyatt Legal Plan and found them on their website. I received a helpful reminder for my appointment and what documents I needed to bring with me. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and efficiently guided me thru the process, dispelling myths and keeping the process and trust simple. Follow up appointment was held in Irvine at their main office and Brian walked me thru my prepared Trust, easily making changes as we discussed the content. Notary was on the premises and cost was simply $25. I left with a binder containing my trust pages plus helpful job aids for me to complete my homework - contacting banks/MFs etc., to complete Bene changes to the trust. I also received digital files with completed signatures, making this easy to forward to my family members. Refreshments were offered during our meeting, parking was easy and ample. From the moment I talked to Mr. Goldberg on the phone to schedule the initial meeting, he put me on the right track. We met the next day for two hours for no charge. Mr. Goldberg explained to me the process from beginning to end and all available options as well as their costs. Mr. Goldberg listened carefully, assessed my situation, and then recommended the best options that weren't necessarily the highest cost as other lawyers did. He even greatly cut my total cost in this case. I am a father and it is not easy for a father in California to get a joint legal and physical custodies 50/50 and he was willing to pursue for more if I wanted to and that was not due to weakness points in my opponent rather than how good and clear he represented me before the court. I remember him saying when it came to the custody that the way to go in these cases is to focus on the children and their best interest and that what the court wanted and he is the best when it comes to satisfying that. Best of all, he wasn’t very costly or expensive compared to other law firms or lawyers and he was very flexible when it came to payments. You will know where you stand at all times and he takes care of all correspondence. I would have to say that he is the best and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs help in divorce or custody cases. ”
