BEWARE: DISHONEST BILLING PRACTICES AND UNRESPONSIVE MANAGEMENT ​I am extremely FRUSTRATED with the unethical business practices at Best Brains. Despite unenrolling my daughter last summer and receiving email confirmation of her final date, the center continued to charge us for several months. ​When confronted, management promised a refund "the next day" for over a month, yet no money has been returned. BEWARE I cancelled my enrollment and they charged me incorrectly for another month. I have reached out via phone, email, and text OVER 10 TIMES and they assured me they would issue a refund. To date, they have not issued my refund and I am filing a complaint against this business and have reported them for fraud. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Worst people. stay away. they charge after u leave them. we left them in June 2023. I spoke to Prasad - for 2 weeks to get the 2 months they over charged me and settled account in Oct 2023. They have been quietly charging my account and I hadnot noticed till thsi week. Will be starting legal proceedings .this is fraud.
