They completely no showed ! I rented a cooler for my daughter’s wedding and Jordan seemed nice and was messaging right up to the night before, then completely ghosted me! We had a lake side reception with sushi, meats, drinks…. no cooler delivery and no reply to texts and phone calls!!!! I’ve never had this happen with any hired service.
Jordan and the crew go above and beyond. We had a cooler go down and Bessette Transport came to our rescue on short notice. Enabling us to preserve our expensive inventory of perishables while the walk in was repaired. Thanks again Bessette Transport!
