Average notary with a lot of work. Once this notary sets up for mortgages and home deeds it goes quickly and seems easy; beware though, that there are notaries out there that will protect your best interest much better and are also local. There were details forgotten in our documents that we paid extra for, and following up when we didn’t see our clauses was almost 2 weeks with no reply and 3 escalation levels.
