I’ve had an account here for 10+ years. However, I’ve received terrible customer service recently. Even the simplest of tasks (for example; requesting a statement) seems to be an inconvenience. I will be closing my account as soon as possible.

I love the Bessemer System Credit Union! They make sure to tell you, right away if something, or someone else is trying to hack your account's! The people who who there are, fantastic too, very friendly! :) ONLY place we like to do Banking business!
