I've never been so disappointed after getting a manicure. I decided to try this salon because I figured I'd "treat myself" to a nicer, more relaxing/pampering manicure than what my neighborhood nail salon offers. Manicures start at $30, so why not, right? Wrong. If you want your old polish taken off, that's $10. If you want your nails cut (not just filed) that's another $10. My entire family has been going to Bespoken for three years now and we've never been disappointed. It is evident the owner strives to make her salon have a relaxing atmosphere with a professional approach and high standards. The staff are very personable, highly trained, and enjoyable. More pricey than I'd like (I'm was use to barber rates), but you get what you pay for. The reviewers that gave Bespoken a one star have got to be kidding. Amazing experience....I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I was given much more than I expected. If I would have been influenced by the past reviews, I wouldn't have found my place. I will be going back and recommending Bespoken.
