I ordered three marri pieces from the team at Bespoke Furniture Gallery. They're a delight to deal with and the furniture is beautiful as well as functional. I've had so many compliments on it, and I absolutely love it. Enough that I've just contacted them to order another piece of furniture.
I still have not received the product I ordered in Nov of 2024, so I can't comment as to the quality. But I can certainly say that I have been unimpressed with the service. The communication between the showroom and the builders, delivery service and customers are all flawed. They need to look at their processes and do a better job at communication.
