I ordered three marri pieces from the team at Bespoke Furniture Gallery. They're a delight to deal with and the furniture is beautiful as well as functional. I've had so many compliments on it, and I absolutely love it. Enough that I've just contacted them to order another piece of furniture.
I still have not received the product I ordered in Nov of 2024, so I can't comment as to the quality. But I can certainly say that I have been unimpressed with the service. The communication between the showroom and the builders, delivery service and customers are all flawed. They need to look at their processes and do a better job at communication. We have always shopped at this store for all our furniture, and have Been treated very well and have had some good laughs with the Boss She is a very funny Person and great to deal with. Their furniture is every bit quality the Marri products actually all their product is exemplary, top class, and the staff make it a very pleasurable experience. We will always continue to support WA crafted products and this boutique store.
