Hands down Bespoke Cyclery and Ed are THE REAL DEAL!! They exceeded my every expectation, tenfold and then some. I can't say enough good things, and I will recommend them to everyone one I know. Excellent shop. Best in Triad perhaps? Ed is knowledgeable and experienced (kinda standard for bike stuff), but he is also very friendly and logical, common sense in his approach with customers and very fair and competitive with pricing. A+
I gave this bike shop 5 stars. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Ed is a genius when it comes to bicycles. I took my Colnago frame to him and asked him to build it up for me with a certain budget in mind. He did an awesome job, even exceeding my expectations. He is an excellent and very experienced bike mechanic. I highly recommend Ed and his shop!
