As a new start up I used this business because they were local & sounded professional. Disappointed with the support and advice, so much so they suggested I go elsewhere which I did. I accept at times relationships do not work however always felt that I was just a little one man band. I don't think they expected me to have to be VAT registered so quickly. The ultimate insult, I have just had to pay HMRC a £200 fine because they did not file my accounts on time.

What an awful company I came to have a word about my small business and I wantes to arrange them to do my accounting. The lady came and told me I have to fill a form online as the most of their job is done online. I asked to speak in person with someone to discuss and get some info. She had a word with her boss I believe and they turned me down saying that today their schedule is full and advised me to go to another accountant down the road.
I have been a client for many, many years and have had an excellent service at all times. Telephone requests and feedback are dealt with at once and my tax returns are being processed quickly. I have always been impressed with the speed all work is being carried out and can highly comment Bespoke accounting.
