Not the kind of person to leave reviews like this, but this place genuinely deserves one. Please, if you see this, spend your money elsewhere. If it’s not a 20 minute wait almost every time, it’ll be them packing you the wrong product, or them not informing you of your loyalty points, or rude staff. I’ve never had any of these issues anywhere else. Lazy management=lazy and subpar employees and standards. Go to Sunrise or Riverside wellness. Not too far away. You won’t be sorry.
