Imran Ahmed was a poor excuse for a solicitor, unable to speak to him through the whole process. Never available & never phoned us back. He held up the whole process, & was at the point where even our estate agent couldn’t believe the service & as a whole BES management never once contacted us & it was close to going to the ombudsman over the terrible service & incompetence.
