Berzenski floor and sanding did a great job on my living room, dining room and kitchen in about a day and a half. I went with the water based and didn’t have to leave my home. The floors look brand new! Randy and his associate were professional and so helpful in selecting my finish! I would highly recommend them!!

Randy and Shane did a beautiful job on my bedroom and hallway cherry floor. When the floor was installed 20 years ago, the boards cupped slightly, creating an uneven surface. Randy sanded the finish off and the cupped edges to a very smooth raw wood floor. Four coats of a two-part water-based satin finish, with buffing in between coats, resulted in a beautiful floor. We are very pleased with the job, and recommend Berzenski Floor Sanding.
I had my porch sanded and stained by Randy and his helper, they did a fantastic job, it was done in 2 days and looks great!!! I changed my mind about the color 3-4 times and they were so patient with me. I would highly recommend them for any sanding projects you my have!!!!
Moved to Chicopee and was unaware of condition of my floors. Had Randy out to look and he had a recommendation based off of his experience. Got out to do the work in a timely manor and completely restored the look of my natural wood floors. Would recommend to anyone
