After the sale of the vehicle I was promised that the second key would be coming as well as compensation for a rust issue I did not see before the purchase as I purchased online. I kept getting messages that stated I would be receiving these things and nothing. They're refusing to make things right and just ignore the whole situation now, won't even reply to the BBB. To say I'm very disappointed is an understatement. I would not buy from this company again.
U wanna talk about getting takin to the cleaners! And lied to?! Lol wow knowing that a family is on low income and disability. Knowing this ! And just lying and making everything sound wonderful! Give u a car that had multiple issues that I had to pat for out of pocket. A car that was 146,000 km and when I want to trade in with them oh if it's over 180,000 the price decrease is alot!
