Great Physio experience
I went to Chris in an extreme amount of pain and discomfort with minimal mobility. Due to my past experience with my medical history I didn’t expect much relief was just hoping to be able to do daily things with more relief such as getting ready, driving etc. After my first visit with Chris I knew he was passionate about helping as much as he can and had confidence in both of us and the journey. Katrina is amazing !! Very knowledgeable and so lovely she made every session a comfortable environment and made my understanding of my injury very comprehensive. Every session she gave me a full rundown of the stage my rehab was at and what the following weeks of progression were going to look like and am now fully recovered - highly recommend !!
Very grateful to Chris Latimer for his expertise in treating my gluteal Tendonopathy. As a result of his specific exercises and knowledge in this area I am now pain free and walking comfortably.
