I went to Chris in an extreme amount of pain and discomfort with minimal mobility. Katrina is amazing !! Very knowledgeable and so lovely she made every session a comfortable environment and made my understanding of my injury very comprehensive. Every session she gave me a full rundown of the stage my rehab was at and what the following weeks of progression were going to look like and am now fully recovered - highly recommend !!
Very grateful to Chris Latimer for his expertise in treating my gluteal Tendonopathy. As a result of his specific exercises and knowledge in this area I am now pain free and walking comfortably.
I had spinal surgery in 2018 and continued working. Unexpectedly around Christmas 2025 my back pain returned. I could not walk and experienced severe pain in my lower back and left leg.
