Very friendly and knowledgeable about their bikes. We weren't rushed at all in deciding on our bikes. They took the extra time to set them up to make them more comfortable to ride. I highly recommend them rather than try guessing on what to buy on line
These guys are so great. Extremely helpful even if they don't have what you want they can refer you. They take their time with each customer and are very friendly
I had a couple issues with my step son’s E bike and I have no clue how to fix them. I brought the bike in to Burt’s and met Rob. Great guy and fixed the bike perfectly good as new. Highly recommend this place.
Rob was great with my bike repair yesterday. He was very helpful and was interested in helping me out.
Woke up to a flat tire on a day I planned a long ride. Took a chance I could get it fixed that day. Store opened promptly and was more than happy to help me. Even assisted with taking it in and out of car. I’ll definitely be going back for everything!!!
