Troubleshot my bike's problems and explained the issues in a language I could understood.
I went here this morning seeking parts to upgrade my daughters brakes on her new GT 20" BMX type bike , I needed some parts to complete my installation. I immediately noticed they had no interest in helping me change anything, compared my interest in adding a gyro and front brakes to her GT 20" bike to someone trying to convert a mountain bike to a freestyle bike, then he segwayed the conversation to me needing to purchase a new, new bike as I'm apparently in over my head, and noone stocks the super specific parts I needed. ... read more
We bought our 5 year old a bike back in May, and the front tire just literally fell off. I’ve never had this happen with a bike (ever) and I’m just shocked. She’s 5, so it’s not like she’s doing aggressive riding where things would loosen up. So disappointed because when we bought it, the “techs” tuned it up and checked things over.
Bert's Bicycle and fitness at Marketplace Mall in Clay, N.Y. was AWESOME!!! Rob and David were excellent and quick. The price was right and they knew what they were doing!
