I've been going to Bertram for a fair while now and I find the service of both the receptionists and the physio to be excellent. My mum is wheelchair bound and Jordan looks after her so well. Just recently myself been under the care of Sam. What a top bloke! Very friendly, personable and has a real client focus. Great work everyone!
