This place is horrible!! The staff is rude and they don’t communicate. I am in or calling weekly to bring my grandfather things he needs because his clothing gets lots or other items from his room go missing. He is hardly bathed, he never has his nails cut. He used scissors to cut his nails because they didn’t and he had asked several times. We are moving him out as soon as we can. DO NOT send your loved ones here!!
