I have found the staff and facility to be extremely friendly, professional, clean and well organised.
My mother went into this home earlier this year in March she was ninety six years old. Mum had a lovely room which was bright and clean with a door that opened onto a garden. The staff were amazing and kept me informed of anything she needed. Mum spent seven happy months at Bert England before her passing. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the staff and especially the nursing staff on mums end of life care.
