If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Doctor Law made me believe that I needed to get glasses. Bought the glasses. Glasses were blurry and not right, and when I take them off everything’s perfect. Came in with my concerns, so they had me do a letter test. Did the chart with my glasses off and I have 20/20 vision. I’m beyond speechless. Turns out they just wanted another sale. Go somewhere else.

More concerned with ways to make money than with actual patient care
A nightmare of errors and mismanagement. Months (truly, months) of mistakes on their part, and they billed my insurance before discovering the new glasses were the wrong prescription, after which they refused to refund, sent the wrong glasses back (twice!) to fix them, at which point it turns out they were using the wrong prescription. Still trying to get my refund, and for them to refund my insurance company! BTW: Several other people in the waiting area had discovered similar mistakes with their glasses.
