Bought brand new washer seals were bad in the tub water flooded the basement they said not there problem they just sell them high prices poor quality would never go back there
Quality - 10/10; Service - 0/10 I purchased a kitchen table here in June of this year and when I got it home there were several scratches on the top. I immediately notified them, with pictures, and was told they would contact the manufacturer to see what they could do (not sure why the manufacturer had to get involved). Despite numerous emails, there’s been nothing done. They didn’t even bother to respond to my last email asking for an update. I love Berry’s. Excellent sales staff who know their products. Easy purchase for my new fridge. And delivery amazing. Both were excellent, older gentleman was especially hands…, I mean helpful.
