Great showroom, but a total nightmare with delivery and customer service. I really wanted to love this place. We went to the Truro location specifically looking for high-quality, Canadian-made furniture for our new apartment—including a mattress, dining set, and bed frame. We ordered from Berrys all the time!!! I just can't believe the consistency of customer service, recognition, beyond awesome staff.
We bought all of our appliances here for our new home a few months ago, Mark was fantastic to work with, He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process of buying our new appliances easy, stress-free and exciting. Our washer ended up being a lemon and Mark was incredible helping us through the process of replacing it thru warranty. We really appreciated his help and would highly recommend him to anyone shopping here.
We had excellent service today from Berry’s Furniture in Truro. We purchased a dryer that was advertised on sale. They found it at another location and we picked it up before they closed same day. This is the 2nd time we have used Berry’s recently as my mother in law needed a dryer not too long ago as well. We purchased from the Elmsdale location for hers and jt was a smooth transaction as well.
