We bought all of our appliances here for our new home a few months ago, Mark was fantastic to work with, He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process of buying our new appliances easy, stress-free and exciting. Our washer ended up being a lemon and Mark was incredible helping us through the process of replacing it thru warranty. We really appreciated his help and would highly recommend him to anyone shopping here.
We had excellent service today from Berry’s Furniture in Truro. We purchased a dryer that was advertised on sale. They found it at another location and we picked it up before they closed same day. This is the 2nd time we have used Berry’s recently as my mother in law needed a dryer not too long ago as well. We purchased from the Elmsdale location for hers and jt was a smooth transaction as well. Went in to get a new washer. Was dealing with Mark who was very honest about which washer would be best for me. During the process Mark was excellent at answering my questions and explaining the different features. I would definitely recommend Mark to deal with. Way to go Mark your the best.
I bought a $3500 sectional from Berry's and had it delivered back in mid/late August. I wish I could enjoy it to its full extent but unfortunately it splits in half constantly due to it being delivered with a missing bracket on one half of the sectional, preventing us from being able to attach them together. This annoyance is even more frustrating when we have a 1.5 year old baby who runs across the couch and falls between the crack.
