Exceptionally Poor Customer Service. I was interested in purchasing a table. I was told by Berry Senior to return later as he can’t help. His son deals with showing it to customers. He will put it on hold for me. I returned a couple of hours later to be told it’s sold. The Berry Junior agreed that “it is indeed very disappointing” and did absolutely nothing to rectify the matter. I would expect an owner who cares to deliver customer service to honour his word and offer it to me first, despite selling it-which is their mistak... read more
I had a really good experience with Berry and Son. Lovely store, full of treasures. I bought a beautiful art deco fan-shaped mirror. Had a little damage I didn't see. Contacted them and they were super communicative and helpful and offered me a refund or discount. I went for a discount because I love the mirror, chip or no chip! Thank you!
Lovely shop and wonderfully curated. Berry & Son find some really unique pieces and they are all very reasonable priced. They deliver free locally and even helped up bring a wardrobe up 5 floors. Will be back again. Highly recommend following their Instagram page to keep track of new stock
