Scott and Robyn are accommodating and helpful. My bikes are always ready the same day when I put them in for service. The shop has a welcoming atmosphere and a great selection of quality products.
Cannot recommend BMC highly enough if you are looking for a new bike/upgrade your current bike. Scott and Robyn took the time to listen to my reasons for getting the bike, gave me various options to purchase. No pressure… not trying to up sell…. Purchased a new bike from BMC and again pick up process was seamless. A++ for customer service
Went in needing a stem spacer as I needed it that day and couldn’t get to any other bike shop. Staff did not want to help me were rude and charged $15 for a $3 part. Staff took advantage of me. Would highly not recommend visiting and would not be surprised if goes out of buisness due to the lack of help and rudeness
A+ shop, highly recommend Berry Mountain Cycles. In the past I have spent countless hours frustratingly turning allen keys on my bike, swearing and breaking stuff. That's not how I like to spend time with my bike. Having met the team and discussed options, I was pleased to entrust my bike to Berry Mountain Cycles, not only did they carry out the work required, it was completed earlier than expected and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend, I'll be returning again.
Spoke to Robin early in the week about a bike super helpful and a personable. Dropped in two days later to purchase the bike and found Paul to amazing and helpful and assisted me in setting the bike up. Highly recommend this couple for your biking needs. Thanks see you soon
