They are great customers service. Warm and welcomeing. They just don't tell you that they will go ahead and charge you $20 more to see if a schedule c is worth claiming which will then make your fling single with dependents be $130 to $150 even though they didn't file it for you. So make sure you know what your getting done before you go in .
Great customer service and they will answer all your questions. I use them every year and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for all your help.
