My mum ann walker moved in there about 18 months ago sadly she passed away yesterday morning all I can say is thank you to all the staff that looked after her you all made the family and my mum very welcome from day 1. So people if your looking for a care home were the staff look after your loved ones like family then berryhill care home is the one for you thank you again for all you did for my mum she loved you all xx

I attended an interview for the nursing assistant role a few months ago, i was offered the post which at the time I was OK about, I did everything I should of done to be told that the manager at the home had not sent my right to work over to the HR very good job I didn't put my notice in with my current employer shocking place

Worked here earlier this year , manager is awful to staff , the place is utter chaos , disorganised, terrible care provided as staff are so rushed . Essentials needed for residents are a guessing game , grab any wheelchair , use any sling , unsafe as slings need to be the correct size , total guessing game . Family members didn't have the code to enter or exit the building . Couldn't stay working here . More concerned about appearing to provide what the staff clearly try so hard to do but fail . My description ..mismanaged !
