Horrible, very untrustworthy firm entirely. I had the intuition not to contract with them, but needed prompt representation. They are definitely not for the client in EEO representation services. If a complainant prevails, the firm don't get any more money than you paid them for the services, therefore they usually care less if you win or not. I had a great experience with Kimberly Berry who reviewed my separation agreement with my employer. The circumstances around my termination were more complicated than typical and the turnaround time I was given by my employer to sign the agreement was very short. She was very kind and her advice allowed me to successfully negotiate additional severance from my employer. I would definitely recommend her!
