I highly recommend Berrill & Watson Lawyers. I had a challenging income protection case and received excellent assistance from Berrill & Watson. A complete scam. I made an enquiry on the 18th December 2025 requesting assistance with my matter. I had to proactively ask them for updates on my matter. Today, they told me my file was transferred from Mia Polly to ‘Oliver’. I wasn’t contacted about the change or the progress. I emailed Mia and she did not reply to my follow up at all. I found Berrill and Watson at a time where I was needing to make a claim but the stress of doing it meant i would not off got there on my own. They took away the pressure of dealing with an insurance company and were understanding of my issues.
