Initially seeking advice Berrill and Watson assisted in clearly explaining the process when making a TPD claim. At no time was there any pressure to proceed instead i was encouraged to review information provided before making any decisions. Once I agreed to more than reasonable terms communication and assistance re my claim was continual. Staff were always professional, but empathetic and understanding when dealing with me and my claim. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
