Travis our Driver. WOW!!! What an outstanding young man with a heart of gold. SO very Grateful for the service they provide. Unfortunately, the "Dial-A-ride" that claims they service where we live refused and claimed they didn't service our address. Their website clearly states Benton Harbor, Benton Township NOT parts of. So don't waste your time, go with Berrien Bus if your in need of accessible transport and be treated with respect and dignity. Thank you Again Travis! I took my first trip with Berrien Bus this afternoon, and it was fantastic! I am completely impressed! Dispatch was helpful and efficient, and the driver was super friendly. He picked me up right on time and delivered me home right to my driveway. Thank you Berrien Bus!
