I want this place to do well. We have so few options in the area however this isn't the go-to local it should be. The food is a mixed experience, burgers and chips are ok, the seafood options don't fair so well. Overall nothing is memorable or gets you thinking about coming back again. There's room inside for a new nice tables but instead it's an empty space. Customer service I rate as poor to punishing, as a customer you're made to feel like you're the one providing the service. This place used to be good. The new operators hide behind a veil of pretending not to speak English and rip you off. No use arguing with them, they just clam up and say they made a mistake and overcharge from what is listed on the menu board. From a former customer, I won’t be coming back. I have heard similar complaints from others in the area. They’ll be out of business in no time. Darcy’s down the road is infinitely better and will get more business from now.
Absolutely amazing fish and chips better than any pub or fish shop for miles. Definitely go here. PS they don’t hold back on chicken salt !!!!
A no frills shop, but with great fast food that hits the spot when you're hungry.
