I had called to see if I was calling the right place and to see what time they closed I introduced myself while asking who I had the pleasure of speaking with and this extremely rude lady just answered with silence and hung up on me last guy that transferred my title was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING did it In 20 minutes love him but that new lady gotta go very very very bad customer service will notify all car clubs in the community to not to go here and I myself will never do business there ever again extremely disappointed
Has note on door to call for an appointment but you call and voicemail box not set up yet usually when a place of business is open like a notary you can walk in whenever talk to someone at least..
Very disappointed this evening, the office was contacted seeing what the hours were and I was told 5pm. I mentioned I would be there around 4:30 to make a vehicle transfer and was told that no problem. I got there at 4:15 and the door was locked and the employee was gone for the day. I’m moving and needed to get the vehicle transferred before moving so now I need to find It was a wasted trip for the buyer.and myself, to make it worse the buyer left work early so now there lost wages involved.
Very nice and extremely helpful.
Went in on a Saturday. It was busy, but we were treated as though we were the only one's there. Will definitely go back for our notary needs.
