Very nice and professional staff.
If you don't eat you will lose weight. You don't need to pay someone $600 a week. You eat so little on this diet, be prepared to be starving 24/7.
Just into completing my 5th week on their strict regimen. I've lost 17 lbs in 30 days. It's not easy but with a bit of discipline it can be done.
