Nurses Sam and Melissa wait until they think you're out of earshot then make fun of patients. Receptionist Nika is the most rude and unorganized person I've encoutered. Im glad Belleville isn't my regular clinic as ive never encountered the hostility and professionalism at any other Bernstein Clinic.
