I was a client a few years back and although I did find it effective for weight loss it was not lasting and the weight loss was achieved in a very extreme intense way. I lost 30lbs in a month but gained it all back as soon as I finished and went on maintenance because it is not sustainable weight loss. You pay a lot of money to basically be injected with B12 and get their cook book and plan and to be weighed a few times a week.
