Anybody will lose weight if they don't eat. If you are the kind of person that can't starve yourself unless you pay someone else $600 a week to weigh you, then this might work for you. It's hard to stick to because you will be SO hungry. The menu for the whole day looks more like a snack between meals. Its really slow to lose weight because your body goes into starvation mode. When you are done with this diet you will over eat from being so hungry for so long.
